Whether you like it or hate it, a key part of a Product Manager's job is to manage stakeholders. With stakeholders up, down, sideways, and across functions, the number of questions, concerns, and required updates can become overwhelming.

I have been in Product Management for over a decade, and have been a Product Leader at organizations large (20,000+) and small (30). Over time, I created and fine-tuned a streamlined process to help my teams plan, track, and communicate their roadmap initiatives in a way that invites dialogue, reduces concerns, and eliminates (at least some) meetings.

While this template was created for Product Managers, it works well for Product Marketing Managers, UX Designers, Customer Success/Customer Experience/Customer Care teams, and Marketing teams as well.
